Get Your Life Back
Our staff includes a board-certified addiction medicine doctor and other dedicated professionals. We understand that your struggle with addiction is unique to you, and we design a recovery plan that fits your specific situation. Your care plan will likely include medication-assisted treatment as well as individual and group therapy.
Your Evaluation Interview
Your first appointment is an evaluation interview. You'll talk with one of our licensed professionals so we can gather basic information about you and your reasons for coming to us. We use this information to understand you better as a person and to make treatment recommendations (if needed). We will work with you to develop a treatment plan either at Benefis Health System or with another agency in the community.
Outpatient Therapy
At Benefis, we offer cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapies, which can help you change harmful behavior patterns.
Talk therapy gives you tools to identify challenging and stressful situations and find better ways to respond to them.
You will meet with your counselor one-on-one and participate in a group with others who share similar struggles. All outpatient therapy is provided in a comfortable and safe setting.
