Pharmacy Residency Program
At Benefis, we provide a well-rounded residency experience. Residency rotations cover a broad group of potential experiences—residents have opportunities to try a variety of disciplines and make them their own. Our program is flexible and part of the year may be tailored to meet the interests of residents beyond the required rotations. Our leadership encourages residents to push themselves and to help grow the pharmacy practice. At the end of the residency, our goal is for residents to have the skills to confidently practice clinical pharmacy and be leaders among their peers.
This is your opportunity to join one of Montana’s most modern and progressive health systems. Our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technologies make Benefis an exceptional working environment. Becker’s Hospital Review rated us as one of the 150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare for six consecutive years, starting in 2014. In 2018 and 2021, Forbes recognized Benefis Health System in its ranking of America’s Best Employers.
