Dr. Michael Sheffield has more than 20 years of experience in medical education, working with internal medicine residents and medical students. Dr. Sheffield has worked for more than 10 years as an associate program director, in which he developed program curriculum, designed a simulation program, started the POCUS training program, and served as an attending in a continuity clinic, the ICU, and on general medical blocks.

Dr. Treena Sturgeon is an internal medicine physician with experience teaching and supervising residents, along with managing a primary care program. Dr. Sturgeon chose to pursue internal medicine because she enjoys helping improve the lives and health of her community through primary care. She enjoys teaching her patients about how amazing the human body is, how it works, and how to take care of it.
